Set up the example and send the request
Main story · The customer keeps the prepared example or picks the other industry, gets the STS label and sends the request to the three suppliers.
A supplier responds
Main story · The presenter, as the mine, sends its document; it is read into an STS transaction the customer sees in the chain.
A supplier’s own document
Main story · Brisemont Refining sends its quarterly statement in its own layout; the customer reads the same STS label.
Review the responses
Main story · The customer reads each interpreted response — values, never the file — accepts it, and sees the roll-up.
Query and export
Main story · The customer asks the example queries in plain language, follows a citation into the chain and back, and exports CSV.

Main story · The customer asks for the audit trail and follows the chain of transactions behind its Scope 3.
A response with a missing value
Edge case · The carrier’s document leaves out verification; the error names it and blocks the review until a replacement is read.
