2 The note

Types the note for the supplier 1 and presses Request clarification 2. A request without a note is not sent.

3 Confirm

The confirmation says the decision is final, that Ferrovane sees the outcome and the note, and that the response can no longer be accepted. Nothing is applied until it is confirmed. Presses Request clarification 1 in it.

4 Clarification requested

The drawer shows Clarification requested with the time of the decision (14:50) and the note; the step in the chain behind it reads the same, and the roll-up still counts it. Presses Carrier 1 in the presenter’s control.

5 The carrier reads the note

Ferrovane’s response: the outcome panel shows the note and its time; its label stays readable, as the customer reads it. In the core this is where the clarification ends: it marks the response and leaves the note, and no Replace is offered. Nothing to act on.

6 Answer with a replacement (if time allows)

if time allows The same screen with the answer to the note built: the file card offers Replace. Presses Replace 1.

7 Confirm the replacement

if time allows The confirmation names what the replacement withdraws — the response with clarification requested, by its status — and that the note is kept. Picks the document that answers the note 1 — the same figures, both emission factors named, at sea and by road — and presses Replace 2.

8 Interpreted again

if time allows The new file is submitted (14:58) and interpreted (14:59); the customer’s note is kept beside it, marked Answered by the replacement. Presses Customer 1 in the presenter’s control.

9 The customer reviews again

if time allows Ferrovane’s drawer shows the replacement’s values, pending again — the source of data now names the factors the note asked for — and beside them the previous note, marked answered by the replacement. Presses Accept 1; the confirmation follows as in Review, and the flow ends here.
